(SCPL) was established in 1995 by Mr. Sanjeev puri having long and excellent work experience of thirteen years in consumer electronics and telecom field .Since inception , the company has been concentrating on distribution of consumer telecom products. The product range has evolved from Mobile Phone , standard telephones to feature phones , Cordless phones, Thermal & Laser fax machines , palm hand helds etc.

DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

Scpl has the largest distribution network among telecom terminal equipment distribution in India. this network is comprised of 400 retailers ,75 institutional dealers spread across Delhi & NCR.

Scpl was the first company to promote office automation products through the retail channel. this has enabled us to build a vast retail network which is its crucial strength, now that telecom terminal equipment in general has shifted from being office automation products to consumer durables.

A high level of distribution effectiveness has been achieved through the selection of dealers who are financially strong and have the required infrastructure and motivation and have been with Scpl for the last 5 years, most of them growing with company...

SERVING INFRASTRUCTURE

Scpl has always treated after sales service as an important contributor to customer satisfaction. the service department is adequately staffed with technicians and engineers.

At present 11 engineers are controlling the servicing infrastructure and have been contributing effectively in customer retention over the years.

FOCUS ON TELECOM

Unlike several new entrants in the telecom distribution industry, scpl does not have any other business interest. this dependence on telecom business leads to better focus, concentration of effort and long term planning.

Scpl was one of the first companies to enter the telephone instruments industry and therefore has a depth of experience in this field this is not matched easily by competition since most of Scpl`s employes have been with the company for several years, the company has wealth of technical and managerial expertise that is hard to find in any one telecom terminal equipment distribution company.
